FCAA All-Star Program

Ft Caroline Athletic Association offers a summer All Star program for players at an advanced level. It is a competitive program and each player is required to try out in order to participate.  The All Star program is an extension of and complement to the recreational baseball leagues.  As such, the FCAA All Star program schedules its activities to co-exist with the spring recreational baseball program and runs into the summer. The player is required to participate with a FCAA recreational team during the Spring season in order to be eligible for All Stars.

All Stars provides players with advanced skill level and a passion for playing, an opportunity to play/develop in highly competitive baseball environments with and against similar programs throughout the City, State and even Region facing better pitching, hitting, defense and speed. There are no rotation rules or minimum playing time requirements in All Stars.  Thus, playing time decisions are at the discretion of the All Star coachesr for his or her particular age group.

Managers that express a desire to coach an All Star team are selected by peer coaches in their respective leagues.  The number of teams will depend on the talent pool available/interested within each age group.

If a player makes one of the All Star teams, there are additional costs associated with participation in order to cover uniform and equipment costs, tournament and umpire fees, and travel. Fundraising is an important part of All Stars and will be done at the decision of each team.

As host of the 10u Florida State Tournament this summer, FCAA would like to take an opportunity to say "Thank-You" to the amazing volunteers in concessions and grounds crew, without all of them the tournament would not have been the success that it was.  We had parents and individuals from Tball all the way to our 18U teams who came out to support the 10U State Tournament.  Dale Westling - District 1 Commisioner said he's run 14 State Tournament and 2 Regional tournament and never has he seen the dedication that FCAA brings to the table.  During the 30 minute rain delay of the Championship game there were 17 men out there working the fields - including the 3 SEV coaches...volunteerism is contagious.
We are FCAA Strong!!!
